My Mac wouldn't boot and I took it to One Stop Office Solutions based solely on their reviews. Thomas was able to 'fix' it in a few hours (software issue) and I was back in business :-) Great work, reasonably priced. He explained to me -before work was done- what the worse case scenario could be. Yikes! And the best case, too. Also, he explained some issues with my Mac/Apple product I should look out for in the future. Appreciate his knowledge. I've already recommend him to several friends.

So grateful for this place! I was robbed of $5,000 online and needed to fax a claim to my bank ASAP. I called asking if the business was open the day after 4th of July and they told me they were technically closed today but were in the office and would stay open for me. Their response is worth 5 stars alone!
There are 3 computer kiosks where you can login to your email or print your document from a USB. I needed to print and fax and it is super quick and easy to come here instead of going to a Staples or Office Depot. I was in an out in 10 minutes and really appreciate the helpful and friendly staff.

We had two computers repaired last month. While they were working on them, we were kept informed of the progress, which I appreciated. The computers have been working like new. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Like others, I live nearby and have passed this business many times. When my laptop crashed I checked prices at places like Staples but decided to bring my laptop here since I prefer to support local small businesses whenever I can. After dropping it off with Elisio, Thomas called me next day with the description of the problem and price, which I thought was very reasonable. Picked it up a couple days later; they even updated my Windows for me! Great price and service - couldn't ask for anything more.

My Mac had been running slow for a while so I decided to take it in to see what my options were. I first went to a Mac store to see what their employers suggested I do, since they are supposed to be the experts on this sort of thing. They recommended that I buy a new laptop because mine is pretty outdated. Since I was a broke college student, I disregarded their advice and went elsewhere.

I live right around the corner from One Stop and I always pass by it without a second thought. But one day I actually went in to see what they could do for me. The computer guy, Eliseo was incredibly helpful and walked me through the process of updating and revamping my Mac to run smoother.

Service was quick, efficient and definitely well worth the cost. The people who work at One Stop love their job, and it's easy to see. My Mac is still running and better than ever.

I highly recommend this place for any IT services you may need.

Our Apple lap top stopped working suddenly , we could not figure out why it shut off and would not start again. We took it in and had it back in a day good as new. Very reasonable price and good work. Thanks so much

EXCELLENT customer service from Thomas! Simple task needed 10 invitations copied on a heavy 5x7 card stock. The invitation wording was already configured already on template. Went to Fed Ex Kinkos first ; they couldn't help me. Went to Staples they didn't have copier to support the card stock. They both told me to go to a Printer. No luck finding a printer store open on a Saturday. Frantic I searched Yelp found the copy store ; called spoke to owner Thomas. He wasn't sure he could help me but told me to come on by. Such a nice guy: emailed him the template layout. he tried on his copier worked beautifully. Thank you for taking the time Thomas !! Very appreciated

I've been here twice. Friendly environment, literally what the add states one stop shop, I was able to print, and fax all within 5 min.... literally saved my butt twice!!
